Do you have a past criminal charge that may be eligible to be sealed or expunged? Join us for the Volusia County Sealing & Expungement Clinic, a free community legal clinic designed to help eligible individuals take the next step toward a fresh start.
An experienced attorney will meet with participants to:
Determine whether your criminal charge may qualify for sealing or expungement.
Explain the sealing and expungement process.
Assist eligible participants in completing the application for review by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE).
